- The purchase of a second Peloton Bike is not eligible for Home Trial if you have already traded in a Peloton Bike for a Peloton Bike Plus through Peloton’s authorized program.

WHAT CAN I BE ABLE TO REFUND?
Peloton’s return policy is valid if it made the return within 30 days of delivery. Peloton accepts returns as long as they are in ‘like-new’ condition and the accessories purchased are still intact.
