How to Login to Bell
Signing In to Your Bell Email Account:
- Open your web browser and navigate to either www.bell.net or bell.ca/webmail.
- Provide your Bell email address and password in the designated fields.
- Click on the “Log in” button to access your Bell email account.
- It’s important to note that you can log in to your Bell email on multiple computers simultaneously.
Signing Out of Your Bell Email Account:
- To log out manually:

- While using Bell email, locate and click on your name in the top right corner of the window.
- From the drop-down menu, select “Log out.”
- Alternatively:
- If you prefer an automatic sign-out, simply close your web browser when you’re finished using Bell email.
- Bell email will also log you out automatically if your session remains idle for a certain period unless you have chosen the “Keep me signed in” option. This added option ensures that you stay logged in even during idle moments.
How to Sign Up to Bell
Follow the steps below to sign up for Bell:
Step 1: Access My Account Registration
- Go to the Bell Aliant website.
- Find and click on the “My Account” option, typically located in the top menu or header of the webpage.
Step 2: Begin the Registration Process
- Once you’re on the My Account page, locate and select the “Register now” option.
Step 3: Provide Your Information
- You’ll be directed to the My Account Registration screen. Fill in the requested information in the provided fields, which include:

- The postal code where your services are currently installed.
- After entering this information, click on the “Continue” button.
Step 4: Set Up Your Account Details
- On the next screen, you’ll need to set up your account details:

- Enter your preferred email address.
- Confirm your email address by retyping it.
- Create a password for your My Account.
- Confirm your password by retyping it.
- Choose a security question. This question will be used to verify your identity if you ever need to reset your My Account password.
- Provide an answer to your security question.
- Confirm your security answer by retyping it.
- Once you’ve completed this section, click “Continue.”
Step 5: Billing Preferences
- You’ll now be presented with the “Set up billing preference” screen. Choose your billing preference:

- Select “Paperless billing” to receive a monthly email notification when your bill is ready for viewing.
- Choose “Send me a payment reminder” to receive an email reminder one week before your bill is due.
- Opt for a “Paper bill” if you prefer to receive a physical paper bill at your mailing address each month.
- After selecting your billing preference, click “Submit.”
Step 6: Confirm Your Email Address
- You’ll be prompted to confirm your email address. Click “Continue” to proceed.
Step 7: Complete My Account Setup
- Finally, click “Continue” to complete the setup of your Bell Aliant My Account.
