How to Register for FIOS TV My Verizon in Simple Steps
To sign up for your FIOS TV as a new customer, follow the steps below to do that.
Step 1: Go to the FIOS TV My Verizon Registration page.
Step 2: Click on “FIOS”
Step 3: On the ‘Create your profile’ page, provide the following information:
- Create password
- Confirm password
- Review and check “I agree” to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and ‘Privacy Policy.’
Step 4: Click “Continue.”
Step 5: Verify your email.
- Check your email and click the ‘Verify email’ link within 5 minutes.
- If your email address is incorrect, click “Entered the wrong email?” to correct it.
Step 6: On the ‘Email is verified’ page, click “Done.”
Step 7: In the ‘Complete your user profile’ section, select a Secret Question, provide the answer, and click “Continue.”
Step 8: On the ‘Welcome’ page, click “Link services.”
Step 9: On the ‘Link your existing services’ page, do one of the following, then click “Continue”:
- Select the Verizon phone number and enter your ten-digit mobile number.
- Select the Account number and enter your Verizon account number.
- Select the Order number and enter the order number found on your confirmation email or receipt in your equipment box.
Step 10: If prompted, select one of the following, then click “Continue”:
- Refer to Account Roles for more info.
- If registering a prepaid number, no role is prompted. Enter Account Security Code.
- I am the Account Owner. I am financially responsible for the account.
- Not available if an Account Owner is already registered.
- Enter the Billing ZIP Code
- Enter Account PIN
- Account Member
- If prompted, select the line of service.
- Select one of the following, then click “Continue”:
- Options vary by account.
- Mobile device: A free text is sent to the number provided.
- Email address: An email is sent to the address provided.
- U.S. mail: A letter is mailed to the address on the account with a temporary code. If selected, return to this step and select “Already have a code” once the letter has been received.
Step 11: If ‘Mobile device’ or ‘Email’ was selected:
- Click the link received within 2 minutes, then select “Allow access.”
- Click “Submit” to complete linking the existing service to your profile.
How to Register for My Verizon – Simple Steps
If you try the steps above and it does not work for you, follow the one given below to sign up for your FIOS TV account:
Step 1: Go to the My Verizon Registration page.
Step 2: Click “FIOS TV.”
Step 3: Enter your 10-digit mobile number and click “Continue.”
Step 4: If asked for your email on the ‘Create your profile’ page, follow the steps from 1-11.
Step 5: In the ‘Are you the Account Owner?’ section, choose one of the following:
- If it’s a prepaid number, no role is prompted. Enter the Account Security Code.
- I am the Account Owner. I am financially responsible for the account. (Not available if an Account Owner is already registered.)
- Enter the Billing ZIP Code.
- Enter Account PIN.
- I am an Account Member and not the person financially responsible for the account.
- Use a one-time registration code.

- Select “Send me a Free Text Message to XXX-XXX-XXXX with my one-time registration code” and click “Continue.”
- If your device can’t receive text messages, a letter with a code will be mailed to your address. Then, select “I already have a one-time registration code” and follow the steps below.
- Enter your one-time registration code and click “Verify My Account.”

Step 6: From the ‘Create Profile’ page, enter the following info:
- Create a User ID
- Create a Password (8-20 characters, must include numbers and letters, case-sensitive, can include special characters, no spaces, or matching User ID).
- Confirm Password.
- Email Address.
- Secret Question Answer.
- Review and check “I agree” to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and ‘Privacy Policy.’
Step 7: If using an email address (for non-text capable devices), follow these steps:
- From the ‘Create Profile’ page, enter the following info and click “Continue”:
- Create a User ID
- Check “I agree to the My Verizon Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy” (required).
Step 8: From the ‘Please check your email’ prompt, click “Done.”
Step 9: Open the registration email and click “Complete Registration” within 3 days. (Sent to the email provided during device purchase.)
Step 10: Enter the 5-digit billing ZIP code and click “Continue.”
Step 11: Enter the following info and click “Continue”:
- Create a Password (8-20 characters, must include numbers and letters, case-sensitive, can include special characters, no spaces, or matching User ID).
- Confirm Password.
- Secret Question.
- Answer.
- If prompted, click “Complete Registration.”
That is it! you are done with your registration. Go ahead now and enjoy your FIOS TV.

How to Login to FIOS TV and Stream
Step 1: Press the Home button on your Stream TV remote to wake up your device.
Step 2: From the Stream TV Home screen, select the Settings menu (look for the gear icon in the upper right).
Step 3: Use the remote’s navigation pad to highlight and press the center (OK) button to select.
Step 4: Select “Account Preferences.”
Step 5: Choose “Manage accounts” and then do one of the following:
Option A: Sign in using your phone or computer:
- Ensure you are on the same Wi-Fi network as your Stream TV.
- On your phone or computer, open a web browser and go to https://stream.verizon.com/activate.
- If you have a smartphone, scan the QR code displayed on the TV screen using a QR code reader.
- Enter the code shown on your TV screen when prompted.
- If asked, enter your My Verizon User ID or mobile number and Password, then select “SIGN IN.”
Option B: Sign in using your remote:
- Select “Use remote instead.”
- Enter your My Verizon User ID or mobile number, then press the Enter icon.
- Enter your My Verizon password, then press the Enter icon.
Step 6: To sign out and disable account billing:
- Select “Sign out.”
- Confirm by selecting “Sign out” again.
Your Stream TV should now be set up and ready to use.
